At Ovi Naturals, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Each order is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you face any issue with your purchase, please review the policy below to understand how returns, refunds, and cancellations are handled.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

A refund or replacement may be approved only if all of the following conditions are met:

• The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

• The issue is reported within 7 days from the date of delivery

• The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

• Clear photo or video proof is provided for verification

Ovi Naturals reserves the right to request additional information before approving any claim.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

For hygiene, safety, and quality-control reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Opened, used, or tampered personal care products

• Items purchased during offers, discounts, flash sales, or clearance sales

• Requests raised after 7 days from delivery

• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage

• Minor packaging variations that do not affect product quality

 

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Return & Inspection Process

If approved, a return pickup may be arranged depending on service availability and case type.

Returned items will be inspected once received at our facility.

Approval or rejection will be confirmed after inspection.

Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection approval.

Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or incorrect items, subject to stock availability.

If a replacement product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Exchanges are not applicable for used, discounted, or promotional items.

Shipping Charges

If the issue is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), Ovi Naturals will bear the return shipping cost.

In all other approved cases, return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.

 

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or shipped.

Once an order is packed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Non-Delivery & External Delays

 

Ovi Naturals is not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, natural disasters, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer. Assistance will be provided where possible, but refunds are not guaranteed in such cases.

Right to Refuse Service

Ovi Naturals reserves the right to decline refund or return requests that do not meet policy conditions or in cases of repeated misuse or fraudulent activity.
